About the Role:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive BI Strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualization to support business decision-making.
  • Team Management: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continues improvement with the BI team.
  • BI Tools and Technologies: Evaluate, select, and implement BI Tools and Technologies to enhance analytical capabilities. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of BI innovation.
  • Data Quality Management: Establish and enforce data quality standards and processes.
  • Data Analysis Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data analysis strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement in BI operations.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive business data. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Agile Development methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in I-Gaming is preferred.
