Brand Specialist/Project Specialist

Job Overview

About the Role:
  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  • Manage brand assets, including brand guidelines, logos, and messaging.
  • Create compelling brand content across various channels (e.g., website, social media, marketing materials).
  • Oversee the development and execution of brand awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor brand perception and reputation through social media listening and other analytics tools.
  • Identify and implement strategies to strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, brand storytelling, and brand management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in marketing analytics.
