  • Behavioral Triggers:
  • Set up and manage automated responses and personalized offers based on player actions such as sign-ups, in-game purchases, and achievements.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust triggers to improve relevance and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve ROI.
  • Content Personalization:
  • Leverage player data to deliver personalized content and recommendations across marketing channels.
  • Optimize content based on player feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Loyalty Programs:
  • Implement and manage automated loyalty programs to reward and retain players.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance player loyalty.
  • Integration and Coordination:
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
About You:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the gaming industry or a comparable position.
  • Certification: Credentials in marketing automation platforms or digital marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and extracting actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple projects concurrently.
