Sr. Brand Supervisor

Job Overview

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for special projects, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives
  • Manage all aspects of e-commerce platform initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and content creation
  • Plan and execute engaging online and offline events, including managing logistics, vendor relationships, and participant engagement
  • Oversee live streaming initiatives, from concept development to execution and post-event analysis
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, sales) to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Generate reports and present findings to senior management.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a relevant field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful brand campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., e-commerce, events, live streaming).
  • Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices in the digital landscape.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics.
