About the Role:
  • Listens and resolves the customer’s concerns and queries

  • Responds to complaints, resolves issues and troubleshoots technical problems
  • Delivers information about a company’s offerings

  • Collects and analyzes customer’s feedback and responds to customer’s reviews
  • Develops and documents knowledge into helpful content
  • Ensures prompt resolution of customer complaints and review feedback to continually improve the entertainment across platform
  • Identifies service gaps and establishes programs to address the gaps
  • Assist in driving the customer loyalty strategy of the platform and ensuring every agent have a strong education on desired programs
About You:
  • 2 years in College or Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • 1 to 2 years experience as CSR (Chat/Call Support).
  • Good communication, reading comprehension and problem solving skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite, 6 days a week, shifting schedule and holidays.
